Copy the List Words results file created from the above text file.
Paste the words into Google Keyword Analysis Tool at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
Confirm the Use synonyms option is checked.
Click on Get Keyword Ideas button
Select on the Choose columns to display Show All
For the Keywords related to terms entered list, scroll to the bottom of this list and click Download all Keywords text or csv.
